Delete your AuraGraph account

You can permanently delete your account from the AuraGraph mobile app. The process is immediate after the final confirmation and cannot be undone.

Delete in the mobile app

  1. 1Open AuraGraph and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2Open Profile, then Account Settings.
  3. 3Under Account, select Delete Account.
  4. 4Review the data and subscription warning, then continue.
  5. 5Enter the confirmation phrase and select Permanently delete account.

Subscriptions are managed separately

Deleting AuraGraph does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the store where you purchased it to prevent future renewal charges.

What is deleted

We delete your profile, projects, generated media, uploads, characters, voices, personas, referrals, notifications, credit history, Director and agent history, saved memories, and authentication account. Owned storage files become inaccessible as part of the same request.

We may retain transaction and security-audit facts without your account ID, email, prompts, projects, or media for up to seven years where accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute laws require it. We also retain a pseudonymous one-way cryptographic hash of your email address for up to 24 months to detect and prevent promotional welcome-credit abuse upon account recreation. Short-lived non-identifying deletion receipts are removed after 30 days.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@auragraph.ai from the address on your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
